Flexible Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund of any prepayment made.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
Last Minute Reservations: Last-minute reservations made within 14 days of arrival can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of booking. After that, the full price will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for early checkouts.
Reservation Adjustments: If the number of guests in a reservation is reduced after payment, the hotel will not provide partial refunds.
Refund Processing: All refunds are subject to credit card administration fees and apply exclusively to bookings made directly through our website. Any approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in accordance with our policy, and may take up to 3 business working days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Guest Responsibility: The hotel is not liable for unexpected travel disruptions, and guests are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during their stay.
